-Sorry if this is in the wrong category-
Since I didn't have the money to make a fully loaded vocal booth I decided that the most I can do is get this:

What do you think? Is it useful?
Thanks

i have this thing:
[[url=http://[/URL]="http://www.thomann…"]THE T.BONE MICSCREEN - U.K. International Cyberstore[/]="http://www.thomann…"]THE T.BONE MICSCREEN - U.K. International Cyberstore[/]

it works really good holding off the room reflections from the mic. the results might be even better than with a vocal booth, since it doesn't totally eliminate reflections and making the vocals sound dead. provided that you don't have a noisy room. it doesn't work as a sound proofing device though.

Hi Trumpetprod

The product you linked to isn't designed to be used for vocals. It was meant for miced instruments. There are no hard and fast rules here though. If it sounds good it is good.

Perhaps checking out their vocal product may be advisable? See below.

The one you were linking to may perhaps a bit on the small side? I would research a bit before you splash out. Or consider Ouzo77's recommendation. I have an SE Relexion filter and aren't blown away with it. Overpriced and weight distributionly clumbsy in my opinion. You could try and knock something bigger, better and more effective together yourself using 'Owens Corning 703'. Depends on how practical with your hands you are.

Or try something like this:

I intend getting this at one point.
