I am in a session where I have numerous vocal tracks. Beside the lead vocal there are two tracks for soprano, alto, tenor, and bass parts for a Worship song. In regards to mixing, I will pan each group in a different spectrum from left to right. However I am wondering, are there any general guidelines you could suggest in regards to EQ, fader levels and compression. I will be using a gentle Lexicon reverb wave in the SIR plugin (best reverb I have) that I would put across the board with a little more in the main vocal track. I have the UAD plugin 1176, LA2-A, Langevin optic compressors, and a Focusrite VCA Compressor.

There are no rules for this sort of thing... well short of the "if it sounds good it is good" rule. Play with it until it sounds good.

I could no more give you an idea of how to EQ a track from a description on a forum than I could tell you what shirt to wear when you go to the grocery store. It will be a measure of your personal sense of aesthetic.

I worked as an assistant for a couple years at a studio that did a lot of praise and worship sessions. I am reading your post to say that you have 2 tracks each for SATB. If that's the case, generally the way we would handle it is to pan 1 soprano track to the left, 1 to the right, and so forth for the rest of the parts. Put the lead vocal up the middle. I'm not sure I would recommend hard panning, just to about 9 o'clock and 3 o'clock.
