Hi, I have a job coming up and I need info on this model of soundboard. I've searched the Yamaha website and haven't found anything but software update specs. Any help would be appreciated, of course!

I'm curious. Has anyone attempted to build their own summing bus? The ones on the market (Dangerous 2b, Manley, Folcrum) are pricey. If you can build one for a $30 bucks why not try it. Below are some links for DIY summing mixers. I can solder a cable but Idon't know squat about building a circuit.

Ok, so I know nothing about fixing electronics. I mean, I can fix a computer if there's bad parts and stuff, and i'm good with computers, but I don't know anything about soldering or wires or power supply's or anything.

I recently bought an old Allen & Heath System 8 1616, sixteen track mixer for decently cheap because it didn't have a power supply. After asking around online I figured it would be about $100 to $200 to either buy a replacement or have one built, the schematics are available.

I'm thinking about buying an Allen & Heath 16 channel System 8 board for decently cheap, but it has no power supply. Does anyone know about getting one replaced, or built. I'm in atlanta, any ideas what an electronics repair shop might charge for something like that?

Hi - i have come across a pair of these speakers for free and i'm wondering if anyone knows if they would be any good for monitoring in additon to my Genelec 1029s. they are from the 70's i think but were said to be monitors.
