Can Samplitude capture audio from sound card?

Well, I did this question in the Samplitude general forum but, as always, ZERO answers... and in the specific forum I cannot register myself (it seems that they don't allow strangers...).

So, could anyone tell me if there is a way to capture audio from sound card in Samplitude?

Thanks in advance!

Newbie first day here.

I have a 4 track Teac A-3440 I want to use the amp as an FX into my DAW (Studio One 3 Pro.)

My mixer Interface is a PreSonus Studolive 32.4.2 AI

So do I use the 4 outputs of the Teac into 4 inserts into the mixer ?

Or can I just use 1 output and 1 insert using the hardware integration plugin pipeline in Studio One as mono or

Hi! I have Komplete Audio 6 and MOTU 624 audio interfaces and RODE Nt 1000 and another chinese condenser mic Takstar pc-k550 . I don't know why but when i'm record vocals i always get muddy sound, i tried everything but with no luck. This is not mixing issue, dont advise me cut everything under 100 hz and etc. Voice just sounds unnatural.
