I need your consultation: my Tascam HD-P2 is in assistance and probably I'll need to buy a new recorder.
I made a list of devices may fit my demands, of course you can suggest something else:

Hey, I've already bought an action camera and I plan on using it but its sound recording quality isn't too good. I was wondering if anyone knows a microphone that is small not too expensive and has good sound quality. I wan't to be able to record the background noises too, like a waterfall or people talking in the background.

My untrained years think it pretty good.I could be wrong.

Hi dear All,

I want to record some of my grandfather stories and looking for an advice how to better organize it.

I'm pretty new to recording, and I am not a very good or inspired writer, so I find myself doing a lot of covers of songs I like so that I can learn more about the process, and learn more about certain musical techniques, and get inside the heads of artists that are gods to me. So that is the early phase of my journey to become good at recording and become a better musician.

As usual, my life always finds ways to keep me so busy that I unfortunately neglect music & recording, however I am starting to change that, which brings me to my next few questions:

I know several members here on RO use them... and I can absolutely see ( hear) why.

I had downloaded a trial version of their EQ last year, and I was knocked out by how "clean" it was.
I don't know exactly how else to describe it, really, other than it allowed me to EQ tracks without them sounding like they had been EQ'd.

I am in Pueblo Colorado visiting my sons.
