Anyone have any experience with Tonelux Mic Preamps?
Do they really sound as good as API's?

I have been fooling around with a few. I was just wondering what everyone else thought? or is there another comp plug that you would recomend.

I just bought logic pro 7.1, it works hooked up to my mbox but when i go to use my friends 002 with logic, logic won't start up (it stops while loading the coreaudio driver), if i hold command during start up and i tell them not to use coreaudio and then go back to see if the 002 is selectable it doesn't shows up, but my mbox does. so how do i switch audio interfaces?

Hi guys, thanks to the advice from people on this site I got an LA3.
But, I've tried and tried and tried, but can't get it connected right. Does anyone know how to connect this beast up in a bit of detail?
It has open connections, like much hi fi equipment, so I've cut my leads...

i currently use the onyx firewire and the Cubase software.but in most major studios Pro Tools is used..I'm also pretty sure that u cant use the onyx firewire with Pro Tools..wat do i need to start using Pro Tools..along wit my firewire hookup.

If you were bulding a stepped attenuator using a 12 position switch for example what kind of contact type would you use shorting or non shorting.
