Hi folks
being an intense user of the 02R V2, I would like to know from the new users of the 02R 96k/DM2000 if the automix pages have been improved with functions like:
-safe/protect automix and scenes;(provided at the 01V);
- page up/down;
- next/back

Avalon monitors?
Forums
HI friends!
I have just read on the web, at a brazilian page that there are only 30 pairs of Avalon monitors, being sold for U$65,000 dollars. Is this true?
The dealer is from a city 2 hours from me. If possible I will check it for myself.

irq's (& usb ports)in use on DAW. .(edited)
Forums
I have only a modem(not in use)that was oem, and an oem ethernet pci card with nothing plugged into it,(pretty sure its not in use, as well)sharing band width with my raid controller.
I understand that # 8 if used, gives the best advantage, should I tinker?

Public Relations
Forums
Has anyone out there had any experience (good or bad) with public relations people?
Did they get you any results (additional press mentions, more work, etc)
Was the job they did for you cost effective?

remix tools
Forums
Greetings! I've been toying with the idea of remixing a few popular music pieces, but I'm sure I don't have the tools to do it. The thing I notice in the underground remixing world is how easy it seems for them to separate instruments from the original tracks.

Auto tune setting
Forums
Any one have any suggested starting points for using Antares Auto tune while in auto mode It seems to do more harm than good. If I set it too low it doesnt kick in. I am not looking to correct a horrible vocal but just the occasional intonation issues.
Thanks

Reslo Ribbons
Forums
Hi all!
I've been using a Coles ribbon for horns and piano with great results, but I wanna get my hands on some more ribbons and the Coles is 700£ here in the Uk.
I've been trying to get hold of some information about the Reslos on the net, but all I find is pictures.

TC Helicon Voice Prism
Forums
Has anyone used the TC Helicon Voice Prism? I have been to their official website (quite a while ago), and I have seen a hand full of rave reviews, but I'd like to see what you guys think.
Briefly, it's a voice processor with lots of cool bells and whistles. It apparently does it's job better than other similar tools. It's fairly portable so it can be used live or in the studio.

Sample Rate
Forums
So.. I am using the RMEconverters through an echo layla and I have my echo set to external word clock sync, but with the echo driver you still have to set the sample frequency.
Now common sense would tell me that if you are syncing to external sync why would you have any say over the freq?
