i was wondering what everybody thought of the new Blue Reactor mic? i just bought one and i love it.

was wondering if anyone else has one and what they may think of it.

I'm new to this forum so my apologies if I am posting in the wrong forum or the like.

I recently upgraded from a headset to a Blue Yeti mic for recording podcasts. I picked up a boom stand, pop guard, and shock mount, but saw that the Yeti did not have a base compatible with the shock mount.

I'm currently trying to do some vocal recording with my new microphone (blue yeti - best mic I could afford etc etc).

My problem is I have a rather large voice (professional classical singer) and I'm not sure how to set hardware/software up so I don't peak as much while I try and record assorted pieces.

I'm using Adobe Audition with the Blue Yeti.

Has anyone had any experience with this mic? I'm looking at this mic along with a couple of the capsules.
It seems to have received good reviews.

I don't think I've seen any mention of these here. One of the guys at one of the music stores I frequently go to told me about Blue Mics. They look interesting, and not just physically. :P Anyone here ever used one?

I gotta say, it looks cool and would be funking handy.

anybody own this mic or know anything about it. did some research and i think it looks good. this will be my first ribbon mic, and i found a great deal for the mic at 650$. not looking to buy the mic for any one specific application, the more all around versatile the better.

I wanna know everyone's take on this preamp... I've heard really good things about it, and read great reviews from magazines, what not, but can anyone who owns it or has had experience with it tell me what their experience has been? I am thinking about giving it a try.

Hi. I've just seen the Blue Robbie preamp on ebay for $599. Would this preamp be worth me selling my Tampa, DMP3 and VTB1? Is the Blue Robbie gonna be much better than what I already have?
Would I be putting all my eggs in one basket and be better off keeping what I already have for different flavours and versatility?
