hey just bought a 01v...Im using the 9652, recording to pc, and using ADAT as backup...anybody have experience with this mixer?
any hints or tips appreciated...

I have a question about that item in the subject. I have an option to buy one of these in near mint condition with the R-BUS card for about $100. Is it worth going for it? I vaguely remember buying one back in 2001 but not with the R-BUS and it was not the Pro version. It was good mixer, fun to use, but fairly complex to setup.

I was just wondering if anyone here had any experience with the Sony DMX-R100 ditgital Console, and what your thoughts are on it.
I'm a recording student at MTSU and we use the console for our projects and I am still learning exactly how to work the thing. Anyone have any tips, tricks, or any troubles you have encountered with the machine?

I am starting to get frustrated at how few decent analog consoles one can buy for $2000. I've been outbid on eBay for a Ghost and an A&H GS3 and I'm not sure I want to make a deal with the Mackie 8 Bus devil yet.
