Can a bank of ceiling fans being turned on or off mid-way through a venue cause a change in the way a room responds to or reflects/absorbs sound waves, thereby causing feedback problems?

I'm new to this website, and i'm not positive if i'm in the right forum, but I really need some help with my setup. I can't stand working on huge logic pro projects on my small laptop screen, so i got a nice Sony bravia LED monitor. But for SOME UNEXPLAINABLE REASON, I keep getting a deep feedback through my studio monitors whenever I have the monitor hooked up.

I've been working on recording a 15 track album for the last year and I've finally gotten it to a point that I'm comfortable sharing it and getting feedback. I recorded everything in my bedroom studio and am actually quite happy with the outcome based on my minimal experience.

What i'm basically trying to do is picking a string once and then just slide around and have the amp feeding back.

I have selfproduced (i.e. recorded and mixed) an album of ten tracks and want to have it mastered for both digital and physical distribution. (this is the second album, the first one - currently on iTunes under AWAL distribution - was mastered by myself, but this time i would like to have a professional service done).
