A guy is about to mix and master my CD and I want a contract to make sure everything goes smoothly. Does anyone have any mixing and mastering contracts?

Does anyone have guest musician contracts to allow a musician to play for a fee and receive no rights or royalties to the work?

I have recorded an album for a church group. They have the permissions on all the cover songs they recorded, which is not a problem. My question is on the CD, how and what credits do i have to put on the booklet for them to be able to sell them legally? For example: (words and music by:),(copyrights?),(released through permission etc..)

I was thinking of advertising Karaoke services on my website (I'm a dot.com now! :cool: ) and I was wondering what the legality's were.

I have seen posted, guy's who have cover bands and get a lawsuit notice from a music publisher and I don't want to go through that.

Does anyone know if there is any standard contract langauge online for a "spec" recording deal? (I know enough to get a lawyer to look at the final version, I just want a starting point.) I'm discussing a potential project with a very good R&B band made up of older musicians (all over 60) who have been playing this type of music for 40 or more years.
