Sound Loops when recording
We've set up a mini studio which includes a sound room, 24 track mixer and then a pc using Cubase. We are able to record the first track but then get a "soundloop" when trying to get audio out of the pc the same time we are recording track two.

Makin' and slicin' loops
I had never gotten into loops before as my main program is Digital performer for the mac and acid is only for the PC and I had never played around with it. Several months ago I got Soundtrack for the mac and I started playing around with it a little bit.

"riterdando" - audio drum loops - HOW?
Hello!
I'm sorry, I don't speak English very well, but I hope you'll understand me. ;) )
I have some drum loops CDs with defined tempo. That's all ok.
But I have to do in the end of the song "riterdando". So, how can I make this "time shift" from 126 bpm to 90 bpm (like Fade-Out) ?
Thanks for answers!
It's time for my English-lessons ;) )

Pro Tools and Fruityloops
I just got Fruityloops and didn't even think about it's compatability with Pro Tools...are they compatible, and if so how would I go about using them together...(by the way, I haven't fully read the Fruityloops manual...is this covered in there)?
Thanks :tu:

decompressing stereo drum loops
I would like to ask you guys about decompression.
Sometimes I use streo drums loops for my own productions. Seems Roland Patches (probably any others) come already squeezed to death, sound already too loud and bright.
I end up having to eq it severely because at the final junior mastering it ends up sounding like Sh!
oka, we can turn down the volume also -lol

Drum/Perc Loops and Pro Tools
I am working with a very young singer/songwriter (14 yrs old) and I trying to produce the sounds they are looking for which consist of a lot of percussion loops etc. . . which I need to come up with. I am Finding Pro Tools a tough tool for this. I've got a Mix+4 system with a couple of TDM sample cells but building nice loops is almost a forever endenvour.

Drum/percussion loops in pop songs
Many "pop" songs I have been listening to recently
e.g. "Here with Me" by Dido
or "Torn" by Natalie Imbruglia
and a lot of backstreet/nsync/britney-esque songs start with a fairly low level drum/percussion loop, and then later the main drums (big kick and snare) come in over the top.
