Interface between my computer (windows 7, x3 usb) and my mesa boogie single rect.
Hi everyone,
I live in an apartment and need a solution to the following problems: 1. I cannot turn my amp up to the point where I feel I am getting the full tone without being too loud and 2. I want to be able to digitally record to my laptop.

Mesa Boogie Bass 400+
I am in a position to buy this amp for a good price, and was just wondering if there is anyone here that has had any experience with it? I have had the oppurtunity to test it and give it a brief service, and whilst it needs a re-valve, I really like the sound of it.

Mesa Boogie - altering the tone
I have a 1982 Mark IIb (6L6s and 12ax7s). I'm curious if I have any other tube options to change the tonality. I would like to tweak it to make it closer to the glassy clean tones you get from old Fender amps.

Hi.
So I own a Mesa / Boogie Dual Rectifier Tremoverb.
Is it possible to replace the 6L6 valves with 6550 ones? Id like to be sure before I do so I dont damage the head.

Mesa Boogie...Single, Dual, or Tripple Rectifier
After doing some research using the knowledge that I gained from my last topic I have decided to record guitar using a Mesa Boogie Rectifier but now the question is...which one? The single, dual, or tripple.
anyone ever record a mesa boogie dual rectifier?
MAN O MAN! what a LOUD amp. I would prefer recording a loud marshall, for sure, even tho I love the way it sounds. I can not seem to capture the GRIT of this amp. I am direct Micing it in the middle of the speaker with a 421, and off axis with a 57. Anyone tackle this beast before? I know I can capture the POWER and GRIT this beast has SOMEHOW! Omni?
