starting a music studio
Ive got the oppotunity to open a small studio. I mainly produce so the studio would mainly be used for production of tracks for people and vocal recordings, guitar recordings...
what would you suggest as a way forward, business wise for this?
I'm just looking at peoples thoughts for this i know i have to look in to it, but as a starting point I'm here.
thanks

Magix Music Studio for non-pro
I'm not a pro and I can't afford Sampltude.
What do you think about its little brother ?
Here in Europe it's only 35 € for students and it seems to have really all what I need for editing 6 tracks max and mastering in stereo, with the famous Samp quality.

Need help starting music studio...
All right, I am going to be setting up my music studio so I can record guitar, both electric and acoustic, piano, both MIDI and regular piano maybe, and vocals. I want to have capabilities to record drums but won’t need enough inputs to record all at once, just enough inputs to handle the mics for recording drums. I need help in deciding which way to go with recording.

A question for, John Grimm (Vintage Music Studios)
Hi john
I have been a fan of this board for quite some time now. I think that the Engineers on here are some of the best I have ever had the pleasure of learning from.
