I'm helping out a meditation center and we don't have much budget.

We got 4 pair of Proficient C620 6.5 Inch Ceiling Speakers (total of 8 speakers) for a very large room.

What is the performance of MC2 audio 1250 power amp compare with chord SPA 1424 - Mono and FM acoustics FM 811 MKII power amp?

Is it suitable for mastering studio ?

I haven't used my Mesa simulclass 2: Ninety power amp in probably two years. When I went to turn it on today, the amp turned on, but the tubes never lit up and I couldn't get a signal. .I had the amp stored in a SKB case where it was dry and cool...

Does anyone know what could be possibly wrong with it? Did the non-use of the tubes have anything to do with the problem?

I am thinkin of pickin up a set of NS10's.
What power amp should i choose to compliment the worst sounding speakers ever..

lol..i see posts all day long bout how they are horrible..so I'm not lookin to get convinced or UN-convinced...

just wanting to know...

I'm searching for an affordable quality power amp that can work with my Kustom KPC 15 speakers and Yamaha MG16 mixer.

Any suggestions?

So far I've found a Nady for $100 but I'm told its terrible. Also, I haven't ordered the KPC 15's yet, would it be wiser to go with powered speakers?

I have a pair of passive Event 20/20's that I've been powering with a QSC RMX 850 for a while. My trouble is that the amplifier is just way too noisy. Can you guys suggest a good QUIET amplifier? I've been told to check out the Hafler amps, but it seems like they don't manufacture them anymore. Any help would be great. Thanks!

say i have a solid state mic preamp like a trident, or Neve or something like that and a solid state power amp like a QSC rmx2450. or even for the preamp use of a 610. would that be acceptable and yeild good results for use as a guitar head before a cabinet.
