I sure hate to ask stupid questions, & this 1 probly falls in2 that category, but... I'm essentially trying to do a loopback w/my audiobox usb, i.e., I need to record the output of my computer & my microphone simultaneously. Any1 got any suggestions?

While I am typically able to troubleshoot my own technology problems, I am at a loss here. I have been recording for a couple of months, and I have a PreSonus Audiobox USB connected to my MacBook with Logic and a CAD M179 condenser microphone.

I am choosing between this 2.
I will experiment with a netbook first...

I need a little help.

I have a audiobox usb, and your not supposed to hook up an active instrument into the front instrument input, but a "line" input, but, i have a Boss multi effects pedal for my guitar, and sense it has an onboard preamp, i cant plug it into the from connections as is.. or, can i? just wondering what i need to do :)

I am new to computerized recording and I am looking to either buy the Mbox mini2 with Pro Tools LE or the PreSonus audiobox with Cubase LE. I realize the diffrences between the two products, but what are some pros and cons of both that you all like or dislike? Any information would be helpful. Also if you are bold, which would you buy for the money?

Hi, my band and I are looking to upgrade our recording set up. Can anyone help us decide between the audiobox and the firebox? I have used the firebox and I know it works well, but I have never used the audiobox and can't seem to find reviews for it anywhere.
