Pro-tools problems - this ones just bizarre.

I've been fixing my comp quite a bit recently to try and get the pro-tools errors down to a minimum. And i was noticing I was getting error-9073 very often at the end of songs. I figured maybe this had something to do with regions nearing their end and the comp freaking out for no reason. Turns out the error is only coming up when recording feedback.

cakewalk problem

Weirdest thing. Every song I have in Cakewalk, including every audio track I've recorded, now says it's a midi track and when I go to try and change the track properties back, there is no option for doing so, and it only gives me the midi sources in the dropdown list, no audio... even for a new track. Does anyone know what I can do about this...

Problems with my interface and Cubase sx 3

So as I said, I am using Cubase sx 3 along side with the PreSonus Firebox. My problem is when I moved on from Cubase LE and changed to using SX 3 I can't seem to get Mic/Inst input 1 to record as anything but mono which ends up panning to the left. The output in effect plays everything to the left as well. If anyone has any advice please IM me on magiCDuff. That's my aI'm name.

Problem with setting up two different audio interfaces!..

Hi.

Im trying to set up my laptop to use two different audio interfaces simultaniously.

One of them is a M-Audio Mobile USB.. and the other is a Hercules 16/12 FIREWIRE>.. The main problem is that Cubase won't let me use two drivers at once.. soo it cannot reckonize them both..

Is this possible to make it work?

Phantom Power DI Problem

Recording bass guitar at a concert the other day, the bass player’s amplifier gave off a suspicious whine when the bass was plugged into my Whirlwind IMP-2 passive direct box. The ground lift switch on the DI did not get rid of the noise. I suspect that my DI is not blocking the phantom power that my PreSonus Firepod is sending down the line.
