Presto 5 channel Tube Mixer
I am going to look at an old Presto 5 or so channel tube mixer this afternoon. Does anyone have any info on these. I can see from here and on the net that they made record lathes and some pro-audio-gear... Sun studios for instance had some Presto equiptment... which was about the only reference I could find. Any info would be elpful
thanks

Budget Tube Pre (VTB-1)
The search function on this site isn't working so I have to ask. Is the VTB-1 any good? Yes I realize it is cheap, but is it basically a Mackie pre with a tube?
I ran into a money problem and can't afford a Sebatron , but wanted to take advantage of tube.
Any decent tube pres at a nice price?

Using Tonelab valvetronix on vocals and acustic guitar.?
Has anyone used the tonelab for vocals and with an acustic guitar.
I have a Tascam tape recorder and a mixer. The sound sounds nice
and the reverb is O.K.
Help
Awesome all around great tube mic under $4000
I have a pair of Kiwis and Gefell m930s that I am happy to have. HOWEVER, I would like to expand the mic selection with one more mic that would be great on male/female (at least 50% of the time) and great on flute. Rich, smooth but not muddy, especially because it will be in a big mix. Also, if it would be good as a third mic on piano bass, that would not bother me at all! THANKS
