Which is your favorite GTR Plug-in or which is the one you use most of the time:

anyways, I'm running Tracktion 2, and a Mackie Onyx Satellite. It's firewire based, nice warm preamps.. two XLR phantom powered XLRs, but no MIDI.

I read online about a VST wrapper which will allow you to have VST plugins in PTLE. How do I "SAFELY" make this happen for me?

is that even possible, because i notice lots of free vst plugins but not a lot of rtas plugins.

Many times I install plugins with a choice of directx or vst and I'm not sure which is better.
I'm using Sonar 6 PE.

I have a feeling that the plugin is the same (effectwise), but vst's are easier on the system load.

Any guidance appreciated.

I have some issues in Nuendo where i cant figure out how to route the metronome, besides that it just sucks.
So i need a VST Metronome plugin !

I'v tried MetroGnome. Its GREATE! until it packs and starts to artifact and everything goes FUBAR.

Hey. I am having this weird problem with VSTs which I think might be my own fault for being almost a newbie concerning Nuendo. I import a simple midi track I created in a guitar tab program (Guitar pro 5) and want to sample it with the included in Nuendo synths, for example: monologue. I set the output to be Monologue and choose a preset, for example: Octaves lead.

I have Cubase sx3 with native instruments and ez drummer that show as vst instruments in the Devices menu, I also have Guitar rig that i use as an insert for guitar.

My problem is that off and on my Vst pluginsdo not show up at all and I do not know how to get them in, they usually just load up in the program start.
