Computer Too Slow For Windows 7?

Hello...
First of all, I don't care for windows 7 (32-bit) and have been forced into using it.
I do audio editing, radio show production, etc... with Adobe Audition (have been using xp and audition 1.5 for years without issue. I have a p4 3.0gh, 2gb ram, M-Audio Delta66 with the OmniIO module. When upgrading to windows 7, I also upgraded to Audition 3.

Windows 7 & Tascam US1641 help. .PLZ! lol

Okay so i have windows 7 ultra and Cubase 5 and Fl Studio 8. . i can record with my Tascam us1641 audio interface...buuuuuttt the tracker/seeker that shows where your playin in the song is like at least 7 bars ahead. . so when i push play i have to wait 7 bars before it will play the beginning. . which makes it impossible for multiple tracks or re-recording. so my new theory!

Windows 7 & Firewire interface, keep having to reset the legacy drivers. Annoying!

When I got my new DAW, I ended up finding out about the legacy driver trick to make your firewire interface work with Windows 7. However, I have to undo and then redo it every single time I reboot my computer. It sucks! Does anybody have any idea why this might be happening? If it helps, my interface is a Focusrite Saffire Pro 10IO

Thanks!

Cubase 5 Problems with Windows 7 Please Advise

Hello there,

I recently have gotten a new computer and it has been a nightmare trying to get things working. I have had it for about a month and have yet to record a single track because nothing is working properly. I will try to be as detailed as possible and hopefully can find solutions.

The comp specs are:

Brand: Dell Studio XPS

Eastwest with Windows 7?

I purchased the Eastwest syphonic gold and stormdrum 2 to run on my computer with vista, but I'm about to purchase a new computer with windows 7, and I'm wondering if these are compatible with 7. I know the side of the box doesn't list the 7 logo, and I saw some updates on the eastwest site, but I'm not sure if they allow it to be compatible with 7 or not. Can anyone help me out here?

Windows 7

Well if you are a PC Win7 has come out this week, I know that several people here have been using the beta version for quite awhile. I have a dual boot system Vista Home and XP Pro using the latter when I am using the DAW. Just a little sceptical of upgrading the recording OS because everything is working great, not sure if there is really an advantage to changing anything.
