Just a heads-up for anyone who has ever thought about going to Recording Workshop...

Fairly major changes to their 2011 curriculum.

Going to a recording school is not the best path for all, but it is a good path for some.

Recording Workshop has been doing it for years... has a pretty good, world-wide reputation...

Not crazy expensive either.

I have been looking into the Recording Workshop for a while now. Has any one here attended it? Could you give me some opinions on what your experience was like?

I ve been been browsing for almost a whole week non stop and all the forums you have here related to Recording and studio setup, etc. You guys are so good in explaining everything down to the last bolt and screw. You never find a question too dumb, or too basic, (maybe too vague or general).

Is it any good ? is it really worth the $2000 they are asking for 40 hours ? I know they are a really respectable studio down in Tampa Florida and I have heard their work and its absolutle awsome. I need feedback, thanks. Heres the link:

I have noticed an increase in complaints concerning mp3.com recently. They have re-vamped their process, and everything now is more confusing and takes longer. I attribute this (I'm guessing here) to a combination of increasing submissions and cuts in staff.
