I think the Sonalksis sounds quite a bit better and its single band. Just my opinion though.

Lately I've been training my ears quite a bit, and good mixes processed with multiband dynamics seem to sound more artificial and unbound if that makes any since. With the Sonalksis or UAD-1 1176 it seems to pull the mix together in the right places.

I've really grown to dislike the sound of the the Ozone MB dynamics processor, and while the Waves lin MB sounds better, I have yet to get it to fix anything as well as the UAD-1 or Sonalksis stuff.
