I've got a catchall email address on one of my sites and I now use this for all my new signups where I have to give email addresses - and I use the people I sign up with's name in the email. I've just started getting junk mail address to cc@mysitename.com - as in Adobe Creative Cloud. So it's easy to see who is selling email addresses.
