So I'd like to take a poll.
I definitely am going to add a Boss GT-8 to my studio.
What is the best amp combo to consider running this guy into and why? I want to maximize the signal conditions for flexibility.
A few models have been mentioned to me:
The Roland JC120 and the Fender Hotrod Deville 410.
Of the two which one would you prefer and why?
If any others come to mind, name them.
Yes, I'm a newbie. But I am Inspired.
Thanks so much.

From what I understand the GT-8 is a modelling processor. So, you will have the option to choose amp/cab sims. In my mind it would be logical to get the Jazz Chorus 120 simple because it will give you the loudest clean channel without colouring the sound of the already emulated amp effect. Alternatively a good single channel tube amp, which I assume the Fender as suggested is, would also be good for the sake of adding a natural tube warmth to all of your tones. There is also the possibility of getting a tube pre. The makers of Big Muff distortion pedals has one. (The name escapes me as I have walked into the wall of forgetfullness once again.) Anyway that's my two cents.
