During the last few weeks I have been sitting until late hours reading many threads in order to know and decide what could be the best audio setup for optimizing "vocals" needed for professional radio commercials.
I finally concluded that two very important components are needed beside a good voice, and that is, a very good condenser microphone and a very good pre-amp with voice enhancement features.
For the microfone I am considering either the AKG3000B or AT4033a.
For the pre-amp I am considering the Voice Master Pro or the Ultravoice Digital VX2496.
Can somebody please advise if I would "really" lose out if I went for the cheaper AKG3000B + Ultravoice combination instead of the much more expensive AT4033a + Voice Master Pro combination.
Your help would certainly be mostly appreciated as next week I intend to buy the equipment.

As far as the mics go I personally can vouch for the 4033. I have a pair of these and they are ver versitile and work good on some vocals. I have yet to find any one mic that worked on all vocals. The AKG 3000 gets a pretty bad rap from most people that comment on it. It is absolutly aimed at the "prosumer" market and are not of the same level of quality as the ATM 4033, which is used by many pro engineers and producers..

I would definitely recommend the Voicemaster Pro. The Behringer is just a cheap Focusrite ripoff, and it doesn't sound nearly as good. For what you're doing the Focusrite would actually be a great tool...while you may not use them all on every voice, the various processing sections are all useful, and the de-esser especially is amazing.
As for the microphone, I wouldn't recommend either...is it voice-over work you're doing? If it is, and you want a condenser, the Audio-Technica 4047 would probably be a better choice than either. It's got a nice warm sound to it. If you want to stay in the price range of the microphones you're looking at I'd try the Audio Technica 4040. Unlike the 4033 it's a true large-diaphragm microphone and would give you more of that warmth you're looking for.
If you haven't already considered it, though, you may want to think about a dynamic microphone like a Sennheiser 421...makes a great voiceover microphone.

I would suggest you try them out and see which works better on your voice. It's hard to imagine that you would actually like the sound of the AKG C3000 on your voice, but then again, I've never heard your voice.
They are both bright mics, but the 4033 is not nearly as harsh. You might want to expand your options to some of the similarly priced models from Shure (KSM 27 or 32), BLUE (baby bottle), Studio Projects, and Marshall.
Can't help you with those preamps, as I don't know them. You might also audition the RNP.
