MOTU 828mkll A/D vs. . M-Audio FW410 A/D

I'm wondering if there is a considerable difference in the A/Ds on the MOTU 828mkll and M-Audio Firewire 410. We have a 410 already. We will be recording 24/96 for this project. We don't have to worry about the pres on either device. We have a nice one already. Thanks in advance.

While I don't have experience comparing the two side by side, I have heard the two separately and noticed no appreciable difference. I think to do any better, you'd have to go to external converters like Apogee or Lucid.
