Joe Barden is back in business! Great! From the new site:
The memory of my dearest friend and constant inspiration, Danny Gatton, remains ingrained in the spirit of the new company, Joe Barden Engineering. I will continue to to make Danny proud of what is being produced by Joe Barden Engineering™, using all that he taught me, so I can continue to bring to you what Danny himself described as "the best pickups on the planet".

For those of you who do not know who Danny Gatton is (was), you need to check him out. Awesome picker. And I now have a healthy understanding of Mr. Barden's contributions to that sound since visiting the new website.
