admittedly they dont look all that together.... but just a quick look at the bulk mic cable ... doesnt look all that bad... oxygen free... 95% sheild... but there's nothing about the capacitence... and that's a little troubling for me.... cant remember was the price that good??

I don't get too worried about lower end cables for live work, but if you're recording I'd be a lot more careful. All of my "good" cables are ho-made from Canare L-4E6S star-quad with a 95% braided shield. Mogami is also very good stuff.

well at the site i posted it was $50 US for 500 feet! That comes to like .09 cents US a foot! so i think its worth a try cuz that is a steal! How much shoul i spend on connectors, this is where im gettin troubbled?

IMHO, buying the cheapest crap you can find is a mistake. I buy Neutrik or Switchcraft connectors at about $3 each. I prefer Neutrik, but the Switchcrafts are sometimes less expensive. Consider getting a variety of colored heat shrink tubing and color-coding the ends of your cables.

Well im not going all out cheap. Finding a good deal is finding a good deal no matter what. Paying $50 to see if its a good deal to me is fine. But yea i think i am going for the Neutrik connectors
