Best way to mimic a Synth-Voice?

I need to make a voice have the trendy synthesizer keyboard sound - is this possible with SoundForge, or... what do you recommend?

oh you mean an actual human voice.

buy a mini korg or one of those vocoder thing-a-majiggers
