Mic/Line preamp -- advice requested

I've decided to get a small, budget Mic/Line pre-amp to connect to my Audiophile 2496. I'm currently considering 2 candidates:

- Behringer Tube Mic 200
- M-Audio Audio Buddy

Seems they have approximately the same specs, except that the Behringer has a tube whereas the Audio Buddy is solid state.

Opinions? Experiences?

If those are your options, I'd go with the audio buddy. As far as the Behringer is concerned, Cheap + Tube = Crap.
