m-audio and cubase

I have a m-audio elta 44 breakout box, and Cubase se. but for some reason I can only use the first two inputs on the breakout box. liek If I try to select it to come from inpur 3 it won't let me, any ideas as to what I can do to solve this?

choose the right driver, which is the M-Audio Asio if you're using PC, and then go to the VST connections and turn on all the inputs that you want to use. There should be 3 groups of 2, but the last group is the stereo bus.

Thanks guys I got it working. And I found another problem...the computer I use for recording does not have an internet connection, butI need to get the unlimited mp3 export package. any idea of what I should do about that?
