My question is this.

I'm a new user to SX and I have a Radikal 2.2 control surface. It appears, by fumbling around as well as reading the manual to SX, that touch automation via remote surfaces isn't fully supported. For example, you can touch the fader to write the automation (and the Radikal has touch sensitive faders), but once you let go of the fader, SX will not kick back out of write mode. How very frustrating! Am I just totally missing something here, or is this truly the case? It's like buying a Porsche without tires- what's the point!
