Has anyone out there that are presently using the current "d" lineup of Audix mics used the new Audix i5? I am wanting to get it for snare/gtr amp/vox/tom/. I already have a sm57, beta57a, and e609 for those uses listed above, but I like to have options. But the i5 is only 99.99 and I think all of the other d series start at least 129.99 or so (that i remember seeing). I will be running this mic into a eureka/art prochannel/or my stock dps24 pres.

I know there are other choices out there some might be better some might be worse, but I've held one of these mics and they seem like they mean business, now do they sound like they mean business.
