I would think it is far less important what I or anyone else thinks and what you think. Does it sound better than anything else you have available? Can you use it so that it reduces your CPU or reduces your use of plugins?
In general, It is considered a mediocore effects unit which may or may not be of value to you. Me, I wouldn't bother with it or reverb plugs becuse I own or have access to very high quality effects.
