Anybody have a Lexicon 95 Primetime II Delay unit? I wanted to know if they are still worth the investment?
Also, I noticed the Lexicon PCM units are re-selling for a little cheaper now adays. Well, at least quite a bit less than for what they sell for new.
And is there a reason behind the lower re-selling price for these units.

FYI----I already own 2 Eventide units (DSP7000,& the Eclipse).
Reguardless of namebrand, if I were to add another dedicated delay unit, what would be a great addition to the studio?

Older gear is always a risk in break down or being able to get parts or someone to repiar it. Price drops on gear such as delays continues as people move away from outboard and use plugs.

Some great outboard delays of yesteryear are many. TC 2290, Lexicon PCM42, Yamaha D1500, Roland SDE3000 and any of the Space Echo tape delays were a few of my favorites. You already have some great delay presets in your DSP7000 and Eclipse.

If I were to buy another outboard effects unit, I would be looking for another used Eventide DSP series or above model as the three I already own are just so darn flexible and capable of doing so many things that I don't think that there is anything else that has as much value for the money.
