Can anyone please tell me how to use the metronome with Cakewalk 4 P.E.? I see where the settings are for it, but I have no metronome sound durning recording and playback, on my Tascam FW-1884 the Midi out light blinks with metronome tempo, but still nothing. Please help?

Also, I'd like to hear what others use as a metronome/click track for their DAWs..is there a cheap/free plugin to make decent and reliable clicks?
