It is only 149 USD for MXL 770 and Scarlett 2i2 plus mic stand, pop filter and headphones. Is is worth to buy? Is MXL 770 had the quality of Audio-Technica AT2035?

I would say it's worth going for the package - you get a mic stand, pop shield, XLR cable and paperweight for free. Then get the AT microphone to put on the stand, fix up the pop shield and connect the mic to the interface using the cable.
The headphones appear in the photo of the package but not in the text, so they could be the surprise item.

You're not saying what you want to record but I guess you vocal is on the planning.. So to find the right mic for your voice, there's only one way : try listen and compare.
And don't discard dynamic mics as well.
