I have Sonar3, the Behringer 1204 mixer, the audiophile2496 soundcard, an m audio midi controller and Behringer monitors.
When i record my guitar, i plug it directly into my mixer.
1)One of the problems i have is that, after i record my guitar, the play back is slower and has vibrations and pops.
2) the second problem is that the sound plays back through only 1 speaker! I checked the connections and they are all fine! and before i record my guitar i can hear it coming through both speakers( while the track is armed and ready).

can anyone please help me?

At a guess (and without experience of or more information about your set-up and way of working, that's all it can be) I'd say you need to increase your buffer settings during playback.

Are you recording from a direct out or group out on your mixer? Do you have the mixer channel panned to one side? How do you know 'the connections ... are all fine!'? What, specifically, have you done to check them?
