hey guys I am about to purchase the Delta 1010 to compliment my Mackie vlz-1402... here's the question... has anybody found this card for less than $450 (besides ebay)? I haven't been able to so far but was hopping you all might have... thanx guys!

You might try some of the local stores like GUITAR CENTER if one is in your area. They sometimes have 1010's on consignment for sale at reasonable prices but there is nothing to be ashamed of trying the online auctions like Ebay. I got mine there 2 weeks ago for 350.00 shipped and it works perfectly. Just read the reviews of the sellers and make sure they have good results from other buyers before you buy. At least a star next to their name will be a good sign. Also pay via paypal.. they insure their transactions up to 500.00. And use a credit card/debit card for your protection. Never cash.
