I reciently bought a PreSonus EQ3B and I already own a TUBEPre and a comp16 and a HP4 all PreSonus gear and I have an idea but I'am not totally use how to hook them all up together to my mixer which is a BEHRINGER 1204FX or to my larger mixer a MACKIE SR32-4 I use both depending on what I'am recording and who or how many I'd appreciate some help thanks for your time

You'd hook the Tubepre into the EQ, then the EQ into the compres
You'd hook the Tubepre into the EQ, then the EQ into the compressor, then the compressor either straight into your sound card to record or, if you prefer, into a line in on the mixer board and the mixer into the sound card. I would probably bypass all of the stuff on the channel strip on the mixer because you are already getting EQ and compression from the Presonus units.
