Looks good for what it is, but may be underspecified in two ways, depending on your intended usage:

1) 50 ft is not enough to reach from stage to rear of most live venues when you have to take the cable round the side walls. I went for 30m (100 ft) and have been surprised how many times I need the full length.

2) 8 sends is too few for flexibility in dealing with all types of performers and groups. Go for 12 or 16. With adaptors, you can press returns into use as sends and vice versa, but it's better to have spare channels. It's surprising how often channels don't work at the sound check and you have to swap to a spare.
