I'm relatively new to the recording world... Since years I'm an enthusiast audiophile but I never delve into the recording world.
I'm also a professional musician, play both organ (pipe organ and hammond organ) and piano.

I drank a coffee today and cannot sleep. Thus, I'll spend some time here while it's fresh in my mind.

The ATC SCM25A's were oriented as ATC suggests, with the woofers to the outside. The midrange dispersion is so massive it works this way. Plus to have them the opposite way, would have ports firing towards each other bc of the design.

This was just too cool not to share. I don't play this style but I totally wanna write a song with it, just to track at this little studio. I love how the studio is almost a mueseum as well as first class in its authenticity. Fabulous. Or was that the 60's.?
