Today's LUFS Guide ?

I've been reading a lot about mastering for different distribution method and I'm just not finding a clear answer. What LUFS target should we use for different media ?
Here's 2 I read :
-13 LUFS for youtube
-8 LUFS for CD
? Vevo
? Websites
? Radio

I make terrible music, how do I make it better?
I started producing months ago and have made two songs in a week, then I promptly put them down because they were terrible. How do I make it better (I want my music to sound like
Putting mixed album on USB for mastering?
Hi there, this is my first post on this site because I couldn't seem to find many people talking about this. I just finished recording a record and mixing it on Logic & a Mackie Mixer, etc. Record's all done from that point and now I need to send it off to some guys for mastering, but I was curious if I could put the mixed record on a USB or hard drive for sending?

First master to vinyl
Well, this is my first time mastering to vinyl and I sure do wish I had some experience from vinyl cutting but I don't. Do I started to read on the subject and came to the conclusion that the cutting to vinyl will take away some low frequencies and add a lot of highs. I started with adding glue with slate digital VTM yo get some roundness also.

Why can't client's make up their minds?
Two times in the past week we had long discussions with our restoration clients about the projects they were bringing in. We finished up the project and burned the CDs and DVDs and then they decided that they wanted some major revisions. I guess I am trying to figure out what is the best way to handle this?
