Using passive speakers with a non-powered Mixer

I am trying to use passive speakers as monitors. (I don't have anymore powered speakers). Would it be okay to plug passive speakers into a powered mixer and plug that powered mixer into the monitor out of a non-powered mixer. I already have 2 powered speakers for my 2 main speakers.

Powered mixer - Pyle PMX840BT
Non powered mixer - Mackie profx16v2

Thanks

Man...If only the hi hats were more realistic. BFD3/Roland demo

came across this while I'm watching tutorials on BFD and a bunch of others. I can totally 'live with this' level of realism and quality lol. The snare roll articulations are remarkable imo. Maybe I've just getting tricked by excitement on my part or hype of my speakers or the video.

Replicated CD sounds different than the "tape master"

Hi experts.
Im new in this mastering realm.

Should replicated CDs sound different than the DDP master? and if so, how different?

What do you answer to a client that was happy with the final master but unhappy with the replicated CDs? The replication house say they did quality checks and everything was performed "as always".

acoustic guitar pickups sounds faded and quiet

Hey guys, I'm not new to recording and mixing. But I've come across a problem with recording my guitar that's been frustrating the hell out of me.

Okay, so first I'll run off the equipment I'm using: . Acoustic Guitar paired with a Seymour Duncan Woody pickup. . Mixcraft 7 . Behringer U-PHORIA UMC22 audio interface

That's it . Now I'll finally get to my problem.
