Ordered My Sebatron

Well after giving it some thought over the last few weeks, I finally decided to purchase the 4000e. I did this based on the reviews/raves given on this forum. I know most people would say thats not so smart, should hear it first and all that. Unfortunately I didn't have that opportunity. I figure even if it's half as good as most people say, for that price I'll take my chance.

anyone remember rhythm brainz

I used to have a program called rhythm brainz. It was the eaisest program for programming drums. Trying to make them sound like a real player and all. It looked like a windows 3.1 version of fruity loops. The way you construct patterns and the way you lay out the song. But the pattern maker part won't devide the beat anymore than 16th notes. Unless I am not getting something here.

Harmonizers, and other weird FX modules?

I am usually a no frills guy when it comes to vocals, I just like GOOD vocals.

However I am getting into a lot of work with people who want WEIRD Marylin Manson-ish vocals.

My first thought is the Eventide Harmonizer, but I do not have access to one anymore, and as much as I would like to have one, they are still pricey, or at least all the ones I have seen.

help recording a flute

I tried recording the flute from the front but got way too much click and pop and breath stuff. So I moved the mic to a little off the back left of her head (flute going to the right) and got much more tone but too much room. It sounds hollow to me. It has to stand up to direct electric guitar lines, so I want it real dry and clean so I can give it some lead guitarish treatment.
