dealing with pipes in the basement studio

alright...you guys have never failed me before with your acoustical abilities. So here is what I am dealing with. my project studio is in my basement. The isolation room - is all concrete but there are a few spots where pipes come through the concrete and there are spaces that allow sound to travel from the laundry room in to the iso room.

ok...getting a studio this summer

alright I'm pretty new to this recording stuff but... This summer I'm setting a little home studio-esque type thing and I need some input on what to get.

First of all I plan on getting pro tools (the edition you can get at guitar center or musiciansfriend) I'd rather not get Cubase since I've used it before, and I've only seen professional studios use pro tools.

Building up a studio in my Basement

Thougth you could perhaps assist me, what i currently have is a laptop, mlx mic, m box, electric kit, drumkit from hell sample and a guitar of course.

What i need now is for you good people to tell me what equipment i need to achieve this kind of sound:
