Who has ever used a Neotek Elite? I'm in on 1 tomorrow and i'm just wondering if there are any tips and tricks? I'm familiar with consoles like the SSL-G, TLA and other analog consoles but first time in on a neotek.. i've had the basics and signal flow but as with every console there's always cool things or ways of doing things..

Hi folks, want to ask advice, which one is better. I'm goint to buy one of those used, for around 500 UKP. I'm more into electronic music with deep basses and chicky vocals. Sound sources are Akai/Emu samplers, some Logic/VST synths, vocals from Logic, through PreSonus Firebox interface (which i dont have yet :).

I'm looking to get my first mixing board. I have found two of them that I am very interested in. The Mackie CR1604 vlz and the Soundcraft Spirit M8. I found pretty good deals on both and would love to hear some opinions on them before I purchase. I make electronic music (techno/house/hip hop /etc..).

hi guys, if you were designing your own console, which type of eq would you use? also, would you use all the same type, or mix and match?

Have anybody tried this console (I mean TL Audio M4 valve)?
We're going to buy a new desk to our studio to have a possibility to work in analog domain (Pro Tools->Apogee AD/DA->?Desk) and this console perfectly fits our budget (around $10k for a desk).

Especially looking for a mixer ( digital or analog ).
Here's what I'm looking for : in order of importance
1 ) Sonic quality ( great preamps and EQ )
2 ) Recall
3 ) 32 channels minimum
4 ) dynamics
Right now I own a Yamaha O2/R ( 2 in cascade ).

I'm looking at the Daking 1112 console. Anyone used it or heard any opinions about it ? This console seems to be exactly what I need, Class A, all discrete and transformer balanced with good eq but it's still compact. Any input greatly appreciated.

well here's the biggest question for my DAW studio so far...after deciding that to be taken seriously as a commercial studio i would need an analog desk, i realised i don't know that much about them.

Have a local deal possibly in the works. anyone have any experience with these? sound? pros/cons?
