So, I did a fair amount of research on SX3 and decided that it was what I wanted and would suit me best, so I bought it. But apparently I didn't dig deep enough because I didn't realize that Cubase 4 was going to be released so soon. Did I really screw up here?
Hi I have Cubase SX. When iam trying to record on an Audio track say vocals or somthing Cubase records all the other tracks on to that one track aswell. i really dont know how to get rid of this problem can anyone help me pleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeze? :(
I have just purchased a Creative Labs Sound Blaster Audigy 2ZS Platinum sound card, and last night had it installed. Everything seems to be ok with it, except with Cubase SX, which is what I bought it to use with. The problem is that I now had no sound at all in Cubase, when trying to play old files or create new ones.
hi, i don't even own Cubase yet, but i've been reading through the manual. i'm at the automation subtracks section, and it doesn't show the option for surround panning parameters. what's up with that? does this mean i can't use surround panning for midi at all, or just in automation? are there any ways around this?
So when I over dub guitar or bass over a drum track, My guitar or bass player can play to the drum track spot on, but Cubase recordes it out of sync, so I have to zoom in and line up the tracks manually, ITS A PAIN IN THE ASS!> help please!
The title pretty much says it. A band is going to bring me files from a protoolz session and I am going to be mixing in CubaseSX2. I have tried searching and googling, but I am still a little unsure how to tell them what to do. As far as I can tell, the options are:
1. Export as OMF, assuming the studio has bought the Digi OMF-exporting whatever.
Hello
I'm not that good in english, I will try anyway...
I make music using Cubase sx and other tools, and often I record various instruments like guitars, bass and trumpet.
Recently I had upgraded from Soundblaster Audigy to Echo Layla 3G soundcard, running on a AMD Sempron with 1Gb ram
and 60GB Hard Drive.
I have Cubase Sl on Pc.
I just purchased loops over the internet called "Platnium Loops."
All I want to do is be able hear what the sample sounds like Looped.
Ok this problem is setting me back, its basically this = ive been using the drum editor in Cubase and recently i cant set the grid (1/4,1/8 etc..)
Instead it just says grid, ive pushed quantize and nothing.
help?
