Yesterday after an update from Windows 10 pro, my Focusrite Saffire Pro 40 stopped working decently. It is an old firewire based interface which worked perfectly for me. Now it changes sample-rate every second or does not lock at all, sometimes it does at 32 bit/96 Khz and then unlocks again. .

The unfortunate thing is that 64 bit drivers are yet to come for Mac users. They'll be here soon enough though, from what can be read on their web site.

I'm having trouble installing the "universal" driver for the onyx blackjack on my computer.

I've been dealing with this problem for nearly two years and I'm finally reaching out for help. My drum tracks are sounding out of time no matter how precise I play so I recorded myself tapping along to Adobe Audition's metronome and upon playback I discovered that the tapping is out of sync with the metronome to varying degrees as playback progresses.

I've been doing a little hardware testing the last few days, after realizing that I could barely stand editing with my m-audio omnistudio usb (by editing, I'm referring to finding/removing small ticks/pops/etc... during audio).

Ok here it goes.
I currently have a 2001 Mac G4 Digital Audio quicksilver with a MOTU 324 card paired with a MOTU 1224 and MOTU 24i interface. Nothing works now because:
1. my mac hard drive crashed and lost the original factory OSX system which USED to recognise and work well with the 324 card.

This thing has been giving me only headaches. I don't know if it's incompatibility with my Compaq V2000 (yes I know a laptop isn't the best for this kind of work but it's all I have at the moment) or what, but the Tascam works fine for a couple of minutes and then, the drivers go nuts. MIDI input stops responding as well, and audio sounds choppy.

Hi all,

I've got an old AKG LSM50 (the one that was based on the even older "Auratone") speaker on my bench, requiring a replacement driver.

Unfortunately, like the original, it's now obsolete and Harman/AKG can't supply a new driver.

The driver is actually a Goodmans 0M029, but Goodmans Spares have no record on their systems of ever having made the driver. :roll:
