Input Transformers
:) Hi Sebatron ! I edited the boring history of why I am asking this question, sorry.
Is it desirable to have an input transformer that provides a maximum output, or is there a balance judgment between response, gain, and other things?

Noisy Input Device Chain
Well...
The new PC (Dell 8250) is set up, SONAR 2.2 & WaveLab 4.0 installed; & the OS (XP) is optimized for digital audio multitracking.
The new Audio Interface (LynxTWO) sounds incredible; & it has such a high quality analog front end that it picked up a problem with my input device chain I never knew I had.

USB FastLane input not recognized
Hi everyone,
I got this new MOTU FastLane MIDI interface installed but can't get its input to be recognized in DP. I'm able to send MIDI to my Korg N5 but can't use it to control anything. I set two cables in and out in FreeMIDI.
Any help will be appreciated.
